No engagement until it is written
Sending a form, emailing the practice, or reading an insight does not instruct Lutfar Rahman & Co. Work starts when both sides have a written scope (email confirmation of fee, period and deliverable is enough for a small assignment).
Not an opinion

Professional boundaries
Certified General Accountants practise under ICGAB credentials. Certain reports — in particular statutory audits of companies that the law reserves to practising members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh — will be referred or coordinated, not signed as if this firm were that other profession.
