Leadership

The practice is principal-led.

We do not publish a roster of partners we have not confirmed from the firm’s own records. What follows is the principal whose name is on the door.

Principal

Md. Lutfar Rahman

Fellow Certified General Accountant (FCGA) and Income Tax Practitioner (ITP). Public professional listings also record a master’s degree in commerce (M.Com). The practice is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

His working life has sat at the meeting point of accounts, tax and systems: the ledger that must close, the return that must file, and the finance module that must not invent VAT. That combination is why the extended catalogue includes ERP advisory as well as bookkeeping.

On tax files he can act as practitioner, not only as preparer. On statutory company audits that the law reserves to practising chartered accountants, he will coordinate and prepare — not impersonate an ICAB signing partner.

Instructing the firm

Write to ceo@lutfar.com. Meetings are by arrangement in Dhaka or by video. A short note on the entity, the period, and the urgency is enough to start.

How work is staffed

A small practice, a written chain of review.

Intake

The principal reads the first letter. If we cannot help, we say so — and, where we can, who might.

Execution

Books and returns are prepared to a checklist. Unusual judgements come back to the principal before they leave the office.

Sign-off

Letters, tax representations and anything a third party will rely on are issued in the firm’s name after review.
