Lutfar Rahman & Co. (“we”) is a professional accountancy practice in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This note covers the public website and the meeting-request form. A signed engagement letter, when one exists, governs the client file.

What we collect from the site

If you use the form: name, organisation, email, optional telephone, the mandate you selected, your message, the time of sending, and a truncated technical address used only to discourage abuse. If you email ceo@lutfar.com directly, we keep what you send.

Why

To reply, to propose (or decline) a scope, and to keep a professional record of first contact. We do not sell lists. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Where it sits

Form submissions are stored as files on the same Laragon host as this website and may also be delivered by ordinary server mail to the practice inbox. That host is local to the operator until the site is moved to a production server of their choosing.

How long

Uninstructed enquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and to show that we were not instructed — generally not more than two years unless a complaint or legal duty requires longer. Client files follow professional retention rules once an engagement exists.

Your requests

Write to ceo@lutfar.com to ask what we hold about you from this website, or to ask for correction or deletion of an uninstructed enquiry. We may refuse deletion where we must keep a record of the contact (for example, a fee quote or a declined instruction).

Third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. That is a separate service with its own terms. We do not embed analytics scripts.
